Value-Holdings Capital Partners AG advises institutional investors on capital investment in listed, predominantly medium-sized and smaller companies in Germany and other European countries. The individual companies are selected according to the principles of the value investing strategy. Value-Holdings Capital Partners AG implements the value-investing strategy through a proprietary, thorough, disciplined and long-term analysis of companies. In doing so, it draws on the know-how and experience of its parent company, Value-Holdings AG. The latter has been practising value investing since  1992. Value-Holdings Capital Partners AG has been granted permission by BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) to provide financial services pursuant to   §   2 para. In addition to the provisions of the WpIG, the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) and the Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions  (InstitutsVergV)   relevant to the provision of financial services. Furthermore, Value-Holdings Capital Partners AG   is an institution assigned to the Compensatory Fund of  Securities Trading Companies (EdW).

Value-Holdings Capital Partners AG currently manages two mutual funds.
These are the Value Holdings Deutschland Fund and the Value Holdings Dividends Fund.
