For the Value-Holdings Group, Value-Holdings AG, Value-Holdings International AG and Value-Holdings Capital Partners AG have joint responsibility for the processing of personal data pursuant to the German Data Protection Act. Art. 26 DSGVO. Each of the aforementioned companies assumes the exercise of the rights of the data subjects pursuant to the Data Protection Act. Art. 13 und 14 DSGVO.

Information that we collect

You can use almost the entire Internet offer of this website without us requiring any personal data from you. Only a few offers (e.g. the contact request) that you will find on our pages require the provision of personal data for their use.

When you use the internet offer of the website, technical access data is automatically recorded and evaluated by the internet servers (web servers). However, this data cannot be assigned to a specific person; the individual user remains anonymous. A combination with other data does not take place.


Protection of the privacy of persons under 16 on the internet

The controller shall then no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims (Article 21 GDPR).

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, any data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR). The data subject may exercise this right before a supervisory authority in the Member State of his or her residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
